DAY 1____________
LLEGADA A CUSCO - CITY TOUR

Day 1

Our service begins with airport reception by our staff, followed by transfer to your selected hotel in Cusco. There, you will acclimatize by enjoying coca tea, a stimulant for the altitude of Cusco, and receiving an informational briefing about the travel package. In the afternoon, we will have a city tour that includes the following visits: Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), as well as four archaeological sites located further outside the city: Sacsayhuaman (the largest Inca temple), Qenqo (Temple of Pachamama), Tambomachay (Temple of Water), and finally, Pucapucara (an Inca military site). At the end of the tour, we will return to the city of Cusco.

    DAY 2____________
    CUSCO - OLLANTAYTAMBO - AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU

    Day 2

    In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo (a 1 hour and 30 minute journey). There, we will board our train to Aguas Calientes (another 1 hour and 30 minute journey). Upon arrival at the train station, our guide will be waiting to accompany you on your visit to Machu Picchu. You will then proceed to the bus station in Aguas Calientes for a 30-minute ascent of 400 meters along a winding road to reach the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Upon arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will go through the entrance checkpoint where you will present your ticket. The guided tour will then begin, visiting the main sites of the city, including the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the Inca Quarries. The guided tour will last approximately two hours. After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the citadel and visit Machu Picchu. Afterward, you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch. In the afternoon, you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy (please arrive at the station 30 minutes before your train's departure time). Upon arrival, our transportation will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Cusco (a half-hour drive).

      In the morning we will pick you up at the hotel and then transfer you to the airport to board your flight back to your place of origin.
